About the Author Keva Silversmith has been a fitness fanatic for his entire adult life, with the war stories and chronic injuries to show for it. Keva has held an ACE personal training certification, experiencing the fitness industry from the inside and out. Keva works currently as a public relations professional in Miami, Florida. He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Speech Communications from Emerson College. Keva graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in History.
